The Laboratory at Brooksville Regional Hospital provides quality testing and excellence in customer service, serving both inpatient and outpatient populations.  Staffed 24 hours each day, doctors are provided test results to assist them in their patient care decisions.  Our laboratory staff consists of certified Medical Technologists, Medical Laboratory Technicians, Diagnostic Care Technicians, Pathologists and Histotechnicians.  We are proud to offer these highly trained laboratory professionals for your service.  

Some  of our services include: coumadin checks, urinalysis, glucose tolerance testing, cholesterol tests, stool collections, and blood cultures,  just to name a few.  NOTE:  All tests require a physician's prescription.   It is important to bring your physicians telephone and fax number.  This enables our laboratory to send your test results to your doctor in a timely manner.  No appointment is necessary for outpatient lab tests.  Preferred hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. on Saturday.    Registration is required for services.  You may register at the Outpatient Admitting area Monday through Friday.  On Saturday, please register with the staff in our Emergency Department.  Please remember to bring your physician's order/prescription when you come in for your test.
