Visits by relatives and friends are encouraged to make your stay more enjoyable. In order to provide for your comfort and care, visitors are asked to observe the following rules:
- For a complete list of visiting hours please view the Visiting Hours page. Visitors are required to get a visitor’s pass from the ER if entering the facility after visiting hours are over.
- Visitors are asked to enter the facility through the main entrance during the hours of 8a.m. to 8p.m. located at the front of the hospital. After hours, the Emergency Room entrance must be used. All other entrances have been locked to comply with security standards and for your safety.
- Smoking is restricted to designated smoking areas. For the location nearest you, please check with the nurse.
- Visitors are asked to check with a nurse before bringing food or beverages to a patient. Visitors are requested to keep visits brief and speak softly.
- If you are sick or have symptoms of sickness, please do not visit the patient.
Intensive Care Unit
Visitors are generally restricted to immediate family. Because of the intensity of care given in this area, 15 minute visits are recommended in the following time allotments: 11:00a.m.-1:00p.m. 4:00p.m.-6:00p.m and 8:00-9:00p.m.
